Villa Molova is an early 20th century stone classic style house, with a spectacular view to the village and to the picturesque port of Molivos. The furniture in the entire house are antiques of mid 19th century.

Villa Molova has been built in early 20th century with the purpose to host a young couple Ioannis and Maritsa Krallis following their marriage. The Krallis family has been living in Molyvos since 17th century and has been prominent public figures of the local community. The second Krallis mansion, in the village, is now the museum of the School of Fine Arts.

During 2nd world war the house has been confiscated by the German forces and was hosting the local command. From 1972-1978 during the Greek -Turkish turmoil period the house was occupied by the Greek local army command. The Villa was finally restored to its original condition in 1987 and recently remodeled in 2003.

The villa is on a slope above the harbor and comprises of two levels. Both levels have access to a road. You can get to the first level by using the north slab stone paved road. The south almost private and full of flowers driveway leads to the ground level and to the private parking. Ground and first levels, both have access to the Mediterranean style garden.

The garden offers a large shaded relaxation area near the swimming pool with the Jacuzzi. A big shower room and WC are located next to the swimming pool. The villa has thick stonewalls that keep it pleasantly cool even in the height of summer. There is also central heating for the winter.

As you enter the high wooden front door you reach the first level, which has 3 bedrooms with air-condioning and ceiling fans. The big living/dinning room that welcomes you with a comfortable couch, bench seats, a dinning table with chairs, is filled with beautiful antiques.

The 2 airy bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple) both have doors leading out on to a terrace, with an extraordinary view (and retractable awning). One more very pretty double bedroom at the other side of the house also shares the same terrace. An elegant bathroom (with a big bathtub and jacuzzi) and a practical kitchenette (double faucet kitchen sink and a fridge- freezer) complete this level.

The inside wide wooden staircase from the living room takes you to the ground level. The ground level has a shower room with a WC and a fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden door that leads to a lounge area. This sitting area with a sofa bed leads to a large shaded terrace with a fabulous view to the picturesque port of Molivos and to the village.
