LISSIA STUDIOS & APARTMENTS - SKALA ERESSOS
The Lissia Studios and Apartments are set in an extremely well appointed three storey building in a very popular location here in Skala Eressos.
Situated in a quiet residential street the private entrance to the small complex opens into three floors of completely private apartments and studios, all with self catering facilities including fridge, cooking unit and sink. Each studio and apartment comes with large fully tiled private bathroom with toilet and shower and private balcony.
All accommodation is extremely spacious and well decorated, fitted and maintained to a high standard throughout providing the visitor with all modern amenities and the space to enjoy them!
The one-roomed studios are available for two or three persons. Studios have a double bed and additional sleeping for one using a single bed. On request we can add an additional fourth bed. The kitchenette with cooking unit and fridge are located in the same room. The studios are very spacious and have private balconies with each a wonderfull view of the mountains.
The apartments have two rooms, separated by a small hall-way where the spacious bathroom is located. There is one bedroom with double bed. The other room is the 'lounge' area with additional sleeping for two using twin beds, here you will also find the kitchenette with cooking unit and fridge. 
The apartments have a private balcony which is accessible from both rooms and offer you a view of the mountains. The apartments can accommodate up to four persons very comfortably.
The studios and apartments are cleaned regularly by the owner. Toilet bins and general clean every two days and full linen change and clean every week.
Lissia Studios and Apartments is ideal for those who seek self-catering accommodaten in a quiet area. Lissia is located very close to the beach and yet it's only a 3 minute walk away from all amenities such as mini-markets, restaurants and shops.
